[RC] US Rider Insurance - Ridecamp GuestPlease Reply to: Jan Mutchler jmutchler@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== Because so many people had posted on Ridecamp that they have used and had excellent service by US Rider, I signed up for it last fall. We had to use US Rider this past Saturday when we were pulling a trailer, hit an icy patch and ended up in the ditch, in deep snow, with a severely crunched truck. I got on the cell phone and called US Rider, the lady asked all the appropriate questions and said, "give me a few minutes and I will call you back". She called back and said a tow truck will be to you in 30 minutes or less. They were. She continued to check back with us to make sure everything was going ok. The tow guy was great and when we were done I didn't even have to sign any papers because he had a PO # and he said that US Rider are great people to deal with. Fortunately, we did not have any horses on board as we were going to pick one up and had not made our destination. US Rider treated us the way all of the rest of you said they treated you. They were the best! Now, if they could fix our truck - afraid it might be totalled.
