[RC] Barbaro - rides2far

I have been told that in Europe they cannot start racing till they 
are 4 or> 5 can't recall but that is hearsay.  I need to check that

out.  Yes 

to bad> the rules won't change here


I believe the difference is that their CLASSIC races are for 4 year olds
and ours are for 3 yr olds. Heck AQHA's big one was for 2 year olds last
I heard.
