Amen to that! At age 63, I went in one single morning from being able to lift my 105 lb disabled daughter to having to think about whether I could get my saddle up on a 14.3 hand horse.
I had worked with a group of guys who had various kinds of back "issues" and did have the sense to be glad I was so strong, but one duck and spin on a cool fall morning and I was taking a ride on a backboard.
