[RC] OF Express Lite - Kathy Ramspott

Anyone have any opinion on a made in 1999 orthoflex Express Lite saddle? Was that a good 'year'? Was the flex system such that it will fit an average arabian horse? The seller says the panels are 23 1/2 inches long and my horses back from top of wither to top of butt is 28"
