re: [RC] rib out of place - SunnylandThe chiro. suggested that same exercise- to gently stretch the front leg forward and then to fold it back. Our vet said that "a rib out of place" is not uncommon. I didn't find much in the way of reading material on the internet, though. Thanks for input! KathleenFrom: "Laney Humphrey" <> An equine body worker I know looked at my friend's horse and diagnosed his issue as having the first rib out of place. He carefully tugged on the horse's leg; the horse looked surprised but was immediately much happier. Some chiros and other body workers talk about ribs being displaced, others don't seem to have heard of it or don't believe it. Who knows?! LaneyFrom: "Sharon Levasseur" <sharon1359@xxxxxxxxxxx> OK I gotcha, yes, in my experience he's correct. I can't recommend anything>> He did a successful chiro. adjustment and explained that as with many musclo-skeletal conditions that chiropractic helps, the body tends to want =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
