Sketer, who had a passing trot, was going somewhere between 12 and 15 MPH. Suddenly accompanied by a scream, he shyed about 4 feet into the road, and continued on without missing a beat. Some poor woman in dark clothing was walking her dogs down the shoulder. Sketer, thankgoodness, saw her before running her down and noone was hurt.I stopped riding fast on overcast nights after that.
