In particular, their spreadsheets show graphs (pictures help:) of the
relative speeds of the top 5 placements in all categories. Very
interesting and, when applied over many rides, quite useful in evaluation
of various strategies across varied terrain.  (while you are at
Cidinha's most excellent site, check out the Brasilian 2006 calendar -- a
most active endurance program)
