[RC] US Team Mule - Bruce Weary

I'm with Rob on this one. There are some very tough mules out there. If they used the best mules, and these mules had the best training, feeding and strategies, and were mounted with a world class rider, they could possibly do what many of us have longed to do all our lives--they could kick some horse's ass in a race. God, would that feel good! Mules have some advantages over horses--denser muscle, excellent heat tolerance, hard feet, and something called "hybrid vigor," which is very interesting to read about. And a fast mule can outrun a fast horse in short distance races. If we had enough mules involved, we could even have a "20 Mule Team Team."
