One of the things I noticed when reading the Decade Team
stories (Other than how inspirational they are) was that many of them have been
giving joint supplements including Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and/or MSM in some
combination and form.
I was wondering:
How many of you give some form of joint supplement?
Is it done as a prophylactic or as the result of stress/injury?
What do you use (Legend, Adequan, other)?
How often you give it?
What mode do you use (injectable, oral)?
My last question would be is there any restriction on these
supplements prior to a ride?
