[RC] USEF, riders and committee - Rusty TothI find it interesting that committee member can and have also nominated for the team. Is it not a conflict of interest to be able to hire and fire the one who can "hire or fire" you? Should you not need to step down for the committees in order to nominate? I also have heard nothing but praise for Tom and was just beginning to gain faith in the US system. Not so sure about that now. It seem sure to affect the team. We have some great horses and riders on the short list, I do hope this will not affect them to much. They have worked hard following Tom guidance, to change the program at this time would not be in the best interest of the horses or riders.
