I totally agree to wait to see the reason why.  I should have elaborated and said is there anything after the reasons come out, can we do anything or is it to late.  Is it a final decision at that point.

It is important to have the facts as they are available (see my original post re: the current status).

It's also useful to have transparency of process to reduce the egg effect:)
