[RC] Sunday Question - Alissa CowanAlways leave it to Ride Camp to bring up all the things I don't think about! When I asked about Sunday rides, the thought never even occurred to me - people go to church! I've found no better service than one on the back of a horse, strolling through the woods. So I didn't even think about church. A valid point. Thanks!As for the date and all the wonderful people who reminded me about Biltmore - that was my first email. And it sounds like Biltmore will be moving back to its traditional date of Derby weekend. Which means that Foxcatcher will NOT be on that weekend. So, my search for the perfect date continues. Of course, the date we had this year (April 22) works wonderfully in the ride calendar. Just doesn't work at all on the calendar of yours truly. And it's difficult to put on a ride when the ride manager cannot attend... If anyone has any pull with the OD folks and knows if they've begun to think about a date for April 2007 for No Frills, direct them my way, will you? Right now they are my last remaining question mark - I don't want to go against them, either. I emailed them, but figured they are still reeling from last weekend's awesome ride, and are thick in to planning AERC Nationals. I'm curious about this Sunday ride thing, though. So far my response has been about 50/50, as to who thinks it's a lovely idea. Almost worth trying it out to see... Thanks, guys!
