Re: [RC] Visualize Endurance Ranch Community - Dave Smith** Low Priority ** Horse properties (nice homes on 3 to ten acres of land) here in Placer County (Auburn,Tahoe,Tevis,Etc.) go for $400,000 to $750,000 depending on how far away from town and other amenities. Besides the Westen States Trail System, the area abounds with horse trails and horse people. The region is still rural and the people still genuine. The weather is outstanding and the countryside is beautiful, verging on awesome. I love the region and I am hard-pressed to think of other places in the world I'd rather live. "Beverley H. I am thinking that if several households go in on land and share facilities, and if we get it through/deed it to/ one of the land trusts, if we go a little further out than prime, plus a few other ifs--anything's possible. How about a RC lottery ticket pool? Some group of hospital co-workers last year won--what?--$135 million that way.
