RE: [RC] T-Shirts & Ride Management - Kristen A FisherHuge cost variances in what you are talking about. If you are only talking silk screening [not embroidery] then short sleeved t-shirts can be had for $8-$10 [more or less depending on quantity, # of colors in screen, and # of imprint locations]. Hats $4-$7. Polo shirts $20-$30. Of course, all $ are estimates for 100% COTTON MATERIALS. Also, set up of the design is a small one time cost, it's not being able to order in quantity that ends up costing per piece, and I don't know a whole lot of RMs who would order 3+ years quantity to save per piece. To get a feel for how much this stuff costs you can play around here: http://customink.com/ Kristen in TX World renowned premium items orderer. Love Polo shirts. Would pay an extra $5 to have polo shirts in my size. Willing to preenter and let mgmt know what size. I wear my polo shirts to work on days when I don't have to wear a suit. Its an endurance recruiting tool <G> If ride management knows they will do this ride year after year, why not leave the year off and just order stuff with the ride name. You can have a baseball cap and I can have a polo shirt and each year management just sort of restocks, rather than trying to second guess everyone's sizes.
