Well, it is just a series of advertisements for those who want their names to become household words. Last I heard it cost $4K up front to get your programming on RFD. I know that PBS uses about the same parameters for their programming (i.e.lots of corporate sponsorship), so I guess my conclusion is that it's all BS--this "nonprofit status, noncommercial programming" parameter. I love the RFD programming AND know it could be a lot deeper and wider if it wasn't a requirement to pay $4K in addition to the production costs.
