This was our first year for a
pioneer ride. Looking back
at a wonderful week, you always have anxiety about putting on a ride. The past
three years we have had to deal with RAIN:) The RAIN Gods were good to
us this year. You could not have asked for better riding weather, Blue skies and
cool jacket weather, great for the horses!
We had a great turn-out,
thank you to all the riders for attending and supporting the ride!

Holland & Joan Tipton for all their help and Jim for running around taking
photos on Saturday:)

helping Jerry marked the trail and taking down the ribbons after a long

We had 4 riders enter the
Pioneer Ride, Karen Isaacs on "Jeb" was the only one who completed.

Unfortunately we can not
do the ride in the month of October due to the huge volume of trail riders at
the campground. First two weeks of April are not available, due to the 3
counties on spring break, that is why our dates were changed this year:( Let us
