RE: [RC] RC:RC:Thoughts on WEC 2008 - Leonard . Liesens

I can't agree more on what you say. I would nevertheless add that Edaran is
especially difficult, on top of heat and humidity. So, knowing that, having
a less challenging trail (I do not mean a trail made of manicured racetrack)
would help for the WEC 2008

I can assure you the WEC 2008 trails are a lot easier than
Edaran's.Edaran
is our Tom Quilty

Why should the World Championship be "easier?" So far as being
"safer"...my experience is that far fewer horses get in trouble on what
we call "difficult" trails that cause us to slow down and use our brains
instead of our heels. Just because some people train at a gallop and
prefer to gallop does not mean you have to provide them a course that
they excell on. If you people in Malaysia can ride this course, why
can't "the best in the world"?
