RE: [RC] Helping Lame Horses--Long - Dolores ArsteIt may be interesting to note that Tai-Chi and Yoga have components of movement that allow joints to articulate properly and can allow for great healing. Classical dressage movements where the horse is not held nor pushed into a movement but rather allowed to find the articulation of the joints has the same healing effect. By classical I mean that done on a loose rein that allows the body to find the best way to move that creates rather than takes away long term soundness. The war horses of old were taught this so that they could withstand the rigors of battle and long distance travel and should be right up the ally of those doing endurance. Warmly, Dolores Arste ******************************************************* www.zenhorsemanship.com www.insuresuccess4u.com www.powerfullistening.com -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
