I have both the regular Terrains and the waterproof model.  I live in
western Washington so they are well tested.  The waterproof are still
waterproof after a year but I really prefer the regular Terrains and
probably wear them the most.  I have wide feet and the Terrains fit - I
am in heaven!  Most Ariat boots don't fit me, they're too narrow but the
Terrains are wonderful for us with wide feet.  I have a spare pair of
the waterproofs waiting in the closet and have just ordered another pair
of the regular Terrains.  If you spray the regular model with
waterproofer now and then your feet will stay dry.  The boots are
wearing very well.  Before the Terrains were available I wore the Miller
Boots that were similiar and I went through a pair a year.  The Terrains
are a much better boot than the Miller's.
