[RC] SSS "Skin So Soft" (Avon) - Tara M Sheppard

Does anyone know how much "SSS" bath-oil,- to water measurement?
I am going to try this as a insect and fly repellent but wasn't sure how
much 
to dilute with water-  Thanks,   Tara
