Re: [RC] Pulled vet cards - Vicki WeiperI must say that I'm another who gets really irritated about not getting my vet card back if I pull. As a matter of fact, this is the time that I most need it to analyze the data leading up to the pull.I've been a ride manager and can honestly tell you that AERC DOES NOT ask for these cards. At my ride, I retained them for a little while to get data (mainly just pull status, rider number, etc.) and returned them to the riders. We did participate in an AERC funded study and made copies for that, but didn't keep the original. I have been told, when I asked for my card, that it had to be sent to AERC. Not sure why anyone would say that since it's simply not true. I even offer a self addressed, stamped envelope and still don't get it back. Granted, I've only pulled a couple of times, but it's still enough to irritate me.
