RE: [RC] internet etiquette - Tracey Lomax

Angie,

Thank you for clearing this up. I didn't read your first post as my
computer crashed and I lost it, and I was really shocked and horrified
when I read Howard's, because I thought that he was quoting you. I
couldn't believe how rude you "had been" based on Howard's "quote".

Howard, you are 150% out of line to have misquoted somebody. You
created an impression in my mind (and possibly in the mind's of others)
as to the type of person Angie is and how she might have handled a
situation. That's just not fair.

Quite apart from the anger Angie might be feeling right now, *I* am
angry that you would see fit to distort my reading of somebody else's
post. That not only steps on Angie's integrity but it amounts to you
feeing me misinformation. No matter what your "history" might be with
Angie, you're now losing other friends, which is downright silly.

No matter what I might have thought of you previously, Howard, the end
result is that I will, from now on, either delete your posts or treat
them with skepticism. Which is sad considering that the gist of your
message is one I agree with and considering that, before now, you and I
got on relatively well.

You've done yourself no favours, Howard.

Tracey
