If the other rider is not "tailgating" then I don't mind them tagging along...in fact I have had someone come up on my when I was riding alone and getting fatigued at Frigid Digit earlier this year and it actually perked me up to have a "buddy". Our horses paced well together, we shared the leading duties and my only regret was I neglected to get her name!!! All I remember was she was on a paint horse! But, I am also noting Bruce's trick for future reference and will pull it out of my "bag o tricks" later if I ever feel the need. Tracey
