I find people who like to bunch up on people are talkers, can't stand to be quiet. If you can figure out a way to talk more than they do they may figure out it's not worth it to ride with you and leave you alone! Hopefully, I like to ride alone or if i'm 'with' someone only ride in the general vacinity, most folks i ride with like to comunicate with their horse and the sounds of the woods, hard to do when you are overtaken and absorbed by people that chatter, chatter, chatter, and seldom say anything substitive. so my choices are, run like heck and try to get away, stop and hope they go away, or try to out talk them.... insulting them usually goes way over their head or telling them point blank to leave you alone doesn't work, because they probably didn't HEAR you... =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
