Coming from a NATRC background, I'm sure you'll be just fine riding crewless. I'm like you, letting others take care of my horse feels just plain odd. I've only ridden with a crew twice. Both were on LD rides, and I spent so much time teaching my husband what I wanted done that it would have been easier doing it myself in the first place. ;) The only really nice thing I miss about a crew is having someone to trot the horse out; that was easier on me and allowed me to watch the horse move, too. I've never had a crew on a 50. And I suspect I won't have a crew when I do 75s or 100s. :) ~Nicole Zephyr Arabians http://www.zephyrarabians.com KattWmn Web Design http://www.kattwmn.com __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
