I have always liked riding alone and have spent alot
of time being alone with my horse.  However last spring
I found myself 60 miles from home with no phone and I 
neglected to tell ANYONE where I was going.  Nothing out 
of the ordinary happened, but for the first time EVER
I suddenly felt vunerable and unsure.  Maybe it is that
I am getting older? Who knows.  But I now take my phone
with me and always let someone know where I am going.
