This was a proposal, submitted by Dr. MacKay-Smith, which several folks
worked up.
That was three years ago.
The link for the list of supporters of this proposal is quite lengthy and
contains the names of folks from all facets of the sport of endurance in
America...and one from Australia.
I still believe it merits consideration by the AERC.
