The weather on Sunday in Henryville was absolutely perfect for riding...the
terrain was a muddy, sucky mess. Bill Wilson and his wife deserve a badge of
honor for unbelievable hospitality and kindness under duress...watching one's
beautiful pasture being torn up. They must really love the sport. Bill was a
master at pulling big rigs in and out with his tractor. Of course, Amy Whelan
and all the volunteers did a great job of organizing and keeping everything on
schedule. And the vets were prompt, thorough, most competent and helpful .
With the exception of being in mud up to one's butt, Sunday was a great day for
an endurance race.
