[RC] Securing horses, hi-ties?, - Ridecamp Guest

Can you attach two hi-ties on one side of a two horse slant load trailer?

Also, if tying a horse to the trailer, do you have to worry about them getting 
the rope over their head and panicking?  I have seen my guys do this more than 
once.
