Re: [RC] paralyzed foal - Don HustonGod Bless You Christina,You did the right thing and the heat you have been given from those two organizational bureaucrats is always to be expected. Your last sentence and I quote: "All I know is that because of the emails I sent, that foal is at Auburn with some of the best vets in the region trying to save his life." is a beautiful swat to the chops of those cry babies. Email me the info to make a donation, the perky description tells me the foal is willing to fight for recovery and I will help. Don Huston At 10:29 PM 4/20/2006 Thursday, you wrote: When I talked to Dr. Weekley' s office at 2 pm Thursday, the foal had left for Auburn University, AL an hour before. I believe the University is 4 or so hours ago. Before he left, Rhonda in the vet office, who I spoke too, said the foal was perky but very frustrated. She didn't go into details as to was she meant exactly by that as the office was very busy and we had a lot to talk about. Although his prognosis is iffy and there is the chance he might not make it through the surgery, Auburn vets believe they can really help the foal.
