Actually, I want to thank geckogal for bringing this to our attention. I saw that my senator, Dianne Feinstein, is one of the co-sponsors of the parent legislation so I sent her an email BEGGING her to delete this inane amendment. I suggest you all do the same - unless you like the idea of our horses being appropriated for testing for being SORE.
