[RC] First Aid kit - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

Good ideas for the riders first aid kit. Here's my addition: I always carry
four Benedryl tablets in case I get an insect sting. The itching from any
allergy can take you out of a ride! I carry four in the unlikely event that I
might need to give someone else a dose too. I think people who have serious
allergies to stings should make ride management aware of this. Though most
people with serious allergies keep a kit with them, they really need to be
transported to a medical facility ASAP. My freind got stung in her face and it
just about killed her. She now carries a kit with here when she is outside and
always has a plan of how she will get medical attention in the event of a
sting. She's a BLM land sureyor by profession.
