To eliminate doping at the FEI world championship endurance ride - every 
horse should be tested at some point during the ride - maybe half way - 
and at the finish line. All horses standing for BC should have blood 
drawn during the BC judging. It can and should be done after all it is 
the world championship. At the '96 ROC blood was drawn on every horse 
when they vetting in for their completion exam. It can be done - it 
should  be done. In fact I would like to see it done at all FEI rides.
