[RC] Posting of CAS decision on the WEC doping case - Sisu West Ranch

The final decision by the CAS on the WEC doping case has finally been posted
on the FEI website.

It is worth reading in its entirety, especially by those who a year ago were
calling for the AERC to get out of international endurance.

I find the decision to be entirely proper, and carefully upholds efforts to
keep doping out of our sport.

Coupled with the procedural reforms the FEI has announced, it will help keep
the Achen WEC honest and drug free.

I just wish the law could be more timely
