I use Acculytes as well.   They do state that it shouldn't be mixed with 
anything acidic and then given by syringe.  >>>>>>Any input on this product?


So, isn't applecause acidic? Would Babyfood carrots be? What do they 
recommend?I once rode with someone who had some VINEGAR in his electrolytes. He 
said they just put it in the feed at home to keep the flies off and so added it 
to the liquid. That sounded like a very bad idea to me.
