[RC] metabolic survey for school project - Ridecamp Guest

I have an Excel file I saved to my desktop to participate in a kid's school 
project, but failed to save the other information for reporting the data. Silly 
me..thought that saving the data sheet itself would save all I needed for 
future reference. Please renew the info participants will want (for those, if 
any, like me who fail to save all I really will need). A humble thank you.
