[RC] e-lytes redux - Carolyn Burgess

I electrolyte in advance of a ride to make sure the horse is not in a deficit situation at the start of a ride.  I e-lyte on trail based on alot of things, mostly heat, humidity, and terrain.

So I am not sure I understand the principle of dosing before rides.
