The ingredient you WANT to avoid in electrolytes is bicarbonate soda-
that is the e'lyte that is made for racing horses. Lysane ,Perform and
Win
is o.k. it was designed by a team including Gail Ecker a few years ago.
:-) and the GOOD news Lysane is that apparently we will be able to buy
it
in Canada soon- no more sneaking it across the border! :-)
