RE: [RC] Study on electrolyte/ulcers - heidiNo, I don't count myself lucky...I know plenty of other horses that aren't particularly bothered by being dosed with elytes. I think maybe those whose horses go off their feed after a dose of elytes, rather than having the "take care of themselves" attitude to continue eating should count themselves as unlucky. Perhaps. Or perhaps they are simply mismanaging those individuals. And I've certainly never seen a horse colic after being given a dose of elytes! I have--often enough to be noteworthy.
