Wal-Mart automotive dept carries seat belt fuzzy
covers. They are about 8" long, velcro shut around the seat belt. I keep a few
in my horse trailer for a quick cover on something that might need covered
because it is rubbing. They are just a bit wider than the fuzzy tube you can buy
for halters.
