The elastic loop side of the STRETCH VELCRO on my grandchildren's soccer knee pads is worn out. Do you know where I can buy a replacement product?

My horse has big rub marks on his sides from the Blevins Buckles breaking off
his winter hair. Cashel wants $10 for this.
http://www.cashelcompany.com/popups/wrapitup.htm I don't mind paying for it
but I wonder if there's a solution I can make at home? Vetwrap was my first
idea but I bet the grabbiness would break hair off as much as the buckles
themselves do.

Thanks,
