Re: [RC] Painful, cold fingers - Steven ProeHi Folks, the glovers must not be toooo tight or the air trapped will stop the effectiveness of the material.hth Steven ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lif Strand" <lif.strand@xxxxxxxxx> To: "ridecamp" <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, March 13, 2006 6:50 AM Subject: [RC] Painful, cold fingers It was 7 below zero this morning, and by the time I was done feeding, the ends of my fingers were in awful pain. I am wearing those glove liners with the mylar threads running through them, and rubber gloves to keep my hands dry (leather gloves get wet fast and are useless). Believe it or not, down to well below freezing this combo works fine. However, below zero, the combination isn't so fine at all. I'd like to know if anyone's got the perfect solution for cold hands that still allows a person to work with the hands. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
