14 acres surrounded by State Forest with miles and miles of trails right out our
back door to ride and train, I still haven't found every trail and I've been

to maintain by myself and I'm looking at a 5 acre parcel, also right next to
State Forest land that will be easier for me to maintain. I only have 3
horses, and down here the ratio is 2 horses per acre, so 5 acres will be plenty
