Hi Mary,

There is nothing well-meaning about Ginny or her posts.  If she was just 
trying to be helpful, no one on this forum would be attacking her.  This 
"expert" on let's see, five horse disciplines and 3 riding styles put out 
an ad last year that she was looking for a job as a ranch hand.  That's 
pretty low level stuff for someone who's a professional in accounting and 
computer systems, not to mention a FAMOUS dog trainer.  Ya think she might 
have been looking to add Ranch Manager to her resume?

Look at her inane remark about a horse being shiny from sweat... like she 
thinks we're so stupid we can't tell when a horse is shiny because it is 
WET !  And saying she's participated in endurance when she didn't know 
about vetting in.

If you read back through the archives, you'll see that the people attacking 
Ginny just don't do that sort of thing.  We disagree.  We correct each 
other.  We poke fun.  But we don't try to cut each other off at the knees 
because we know that other Ridecampers are trying to be helpful.  That's 
not Ginny's motive.  She is trolling... looking for the gullible who will 
go to her for advice and pay for her "expertise".  If the dubious advice 
she's already posted here is any indication, her misinformation could quite 
possibly lead to the permanent disability or death of a Ridecamper's horse 
and that would be a real tragedy.  Our sport isn't a walk in the park and 
we cannot afford totally wrong info, like her suggestion to go on 50 mile 
conditioning rides to prepare for an LD.
