seriously - this is def the best method for biothane, always do it that way
- not too hot though. Use regular dishwasher detergent
but also (can put on hot cycle) for dog & chicken bowls, electrolyte
seringes, horse buckets ( just put in bottom & take out top drawer) , bits,
stirrups, brushes, hoofpicks, sponges, ...you name it!
I also clean tools that way, screwdrivers and secateurs and stuff...
Husband always unloads machine - does get puzzled sometimes!
WONDERFUL invention - the dishwasher!
And you can wash your dishes in it too !!!
Pauline
who's just experimented with washing her helmets in the washing machine -
not bad! Not a dent in sight and sparkling clean! Just take out the little
lining bits first otherwise real puzzle sorting thru thee helmets and assorted
lining pads to figure out what goes where. Helmets &
hoofpicks def. much cleaner than house now. Shame cannot fit house in dish
washer.

[RC] living 'dirty'...
Yes, in my opinion the dishwasher
(top rack) is the best method. And yes, I= use the same
detergent. In fact, I usually put it right in there WITH the dishe= s!
