Since this subject has again been posted to Ride Camp, I am going to update everyone on my situation with Country Supply and the fact that they sent me Bimectin as a substitute for their generic ivermectin. After discussing this with them over the phone and getting a response to my e-mail saying that they do not take returns of wormer and they have the right to substitute wromer, they have totally ignored my requests for the name of their president and the address of their corporate offices. The day that I ordered the generic ivermectin they had posted on their website that they had pulled the Bimectin. They don't think that this is any reason for them to take the return of the Bimectin they sent to me. I will continue to push them and I will probably just send back the Bimectin and see how they respond.
