Yes, and there's also the "Ridgeway Recipe" for electrolytes. I believe he was 
the first one to try to come up with an endurdance appropriate mixture. When I 
was getting into the sport we lived by Kerry Ridgeway's articles. I remember 
when he came up with the *crazy* idea that endurance horses didn't need to be 
skinny.
