[RC] LQ trailers-Pricing - Cowgirgoof

Hi All,

I'm looking at a 1996 three horse Exiss Extreme slant with approx 7ft LQ.
Full shower/bathroom, AC-heat, microwave, fridge (everything works), mangers in stalls, lots of storage and in excellent condition overall. I'm in the southeast region. What should this trailer be worth?
