The University
of Guelph offers some
very in-depth courses (a series of six of them). The courses are all on-line.
Upon successful completion you would have an Equine Science Certificate. For

Personally I would stay away from any program that is too
closely aligned with one horse trainer’s program regardless of
accreditation. IMO, such a course would tend to narrow the perspective and
techniques to that trainer’s personal philosophies.
