[RC] New Seepstakes points... - L gin

If the program isn't set in stone yet--- maybe someone with connections--- could inform tham that rides often have 75% LD riders in some areas and only a few do the longer distnaces (and we don't want to encourage racing in beginners)_ -- but all is not equal training-- sort of a tier systems like shows ---A--B-- local shows

They could give 1/4 point for 25--1/2 point for 50, 3/4 for 75, 1 pt for 100 per horse---lessen the LD racing thing maybe? (now don't ask me for the 30-60 mile things I've had enough math thank you--;0)
